Goals and Objectives
Best Made Co. is a lifestyle brand that is looking to create their own immersive brand experience for customers to connect more intimately with the brand. The experience will allow customers to really understand the kind of company Best Made is at its core, a brand committed to making products of superior quality.
Our goal is to better understand Best Made Co’s unique position in the market to develop concepts for a range of outdoor/adventure/maker experiences inspired by Best Made Co’s Adventure Stories and products.

Our Approach
We are approaching the challenge of designing a Best Made Co. experience from a strategic and consumer focused angle. We believe that when you fully understand who the consumer is, and what drives them, you can strategically design experiences that will add value to their lives. This involves thorough research of the Best Made brand, its current/potential consumer, and the competitive market in order to design the most effective and unique brand experience possible.

Competitor Analysis
we researched three brands that compete with Best Made Co. for market share and through this research we identified strengths and weaknesses. Once we better understood the competitors position in the market we then used our findings to conduct further customer research and brainstorm potential concepts.

First Concept
Through our research we found survey participants were interested experiences that ranged from a day to a week and with this in mind created the day trip to touch on an experience that all customers could afford with a minimal time commitment. The day trip will take place upstate New York and partner with a local artist, so customers can learn about a local artist and their craft.

Second Concept
Next we wanted to create an experience that engaged multiple customers and artist. We decided on the concept of a modern makers market that would take place over a weekend. Artist from across the United States can come and take place in the Best Made Artisan Assembly to show and teach customers about their craft. The event will be hosted and branded by Best Made Co.

Third Concept
For our final concept we wanted to create something that was encapsulating of the perfect brand experience. The Best Made Ranch is an immersive week long experience for customers to interact with Best Made product in an organic way as well as create memories with the brand. The ranch will be designed to fit the Best Made brand and will carefully house Best Made products throughout that are available for purchase.
